The shifter on my Mustang wouldn't pop out of park. They got me in the first thing in morning, did the repair. After a couple of weeks, issue came up again. I took my car back in and was told the solenoid was bad. They kept my car for 4 days. My first issue was with the front desk manager. She was rude and unable to explain exactly what repairs were being made and why. I went in and spoke with the mechanic who was able to explain the process and why it was necessary. I went to start my car and it popped right out of park, problem fixed, but the indicator on the console was no longer working. They were working when I brought it in. Since it was late in the day, they asked that I bring it in first thing Monday morning which I did. I was there before they opened thinking I would be first in line. I was told they wouldn't be able get to it and to just leave it. Fine. I asked for a shuttle home, which according to their website, shuttle service is available. They didn't have shuttle service available as advertised. I brought my car back home and will attempt to fix their mistake myself. I would not recommend this business to anyone.

Excellent experience with Auto Solutions of Ormond Beach. I brought my Mazda CX-5 in for an oil change and tire rotation. When I got the car back, Denise, the office manager, explained that the tires had not been rotated because they showed significant interior wear and needed to be replaced. Since they do not sell tires, they simply completed the oil change and clearly explained the situation. I appreciated their honesty and straightforward approach. A couple of weeks later I noticed a small oil drip on my driveway. I brought the car back first thing in the morning, and the issue was quickly diagnosed as a drain plug from the oil change that had not been seated properly. John had the problem corrected right away and did not charge me since it was their mistake. I really appreciated their professionalism and accountability. Auto Solutions provides honest, courteous service, and I would definitely recommend them.

Ginormous THANK YOU to Auto Solutions!! Our truck broke down the day before Christmas and we called auto solutions the day after Christmas and they worked with us immediately by clearing a spot for the tow truck to bring our truck to them right away. We needed our truck fixed the same day so we could tow our fifth wheel camper back home, and they fixed it that same day! What a wonderful experience with them, as well as the fast and great work they did! They had us back up and running the same day they received our truck! Thank you so much Auto Solutions! You saved us! We will definitely use them again if we are ever back in Ormond Beach!

Had water pump replaced. Shortly after I had a water leak. I didnt have time to bring it back in for a few weeks. I was told i needed a new thermostat housing and it had nothing to do with their previous work (1st lie) and that the plastic thermostats crack all the time (2nd lie). I told them you have to remove the thermostat housing to do the water pump and the housing is metal not plastic. I denied the $650 service. When i went to pick up my truck, i was told where the crack “probably” was. So they tried to charge me $650 without actually confirming anything and then they had the audacity to try and charge me $75 for a pressure test fee. It was leaking while running! I told them it was probably an oring and my other option was to have them further check it but then charge me labor if I was wrong. Decided to check my self and it took me 10 min to realize the leak was actually coming from a vent line. You can tell they struggled with this during reassembly because they pushed back the OEM clamp and installed a BS harbor freight clamp. I put a larger clamp and problem solved for $1.50. This place should have taken more pride with a potential callback/rework. Do not recommend.
